As the site ascends from the street, each residence sits at a slightly different level. Reinterpreting elements of a Victorian mansion for a modern perspective with impressive proportions. At the ground level, high quality pale brick finish and chamfered edges are nuances of classic vertical lines and heavy masonry. The upper levels showcase pitched roofs and carefully framed outlooks.
All residences boast glorious private courtyards, with paved al fresco and BBQ areas. Foliage and flowers were considered for their colour and aroma, while natural structure provides screening and privacy. There is a sense of antiquity through rich layering and minimal use of colour, inspired by gardens with rich history and a similar climate.
Telha Clarke has developed interiors of grand proportions, both vertically and horizontally. The team has curated a distinctive atmosphere, where classic grandeur meets modern simplicity.

All residences feature a fireplace that anchors the room, whilst full-height windows and sliding doors allow living spaces to flow into the courtyard. The influence of Victorian architecture can be observed in the detail, it is the arched thresholds, high-quality stonework, plinths and engineered herringbone timber flooring that are a subtle nod to the era.
A true entertainer’s kitchen is the focal point of your home, with a bold, sculptural island bench at its heart. Extensive natural stone and quality 2PAC joinery adds subtle character and texture, while versatile joinery allows you to have everything on display or neatly hidden away. A celebration of tradition, an impressive dining room further provides space to entertain and indulge.
The master bedroom is an expression of the grand style, much more than just a place to sleep in. The elegant light and neutral palette features light-to-mid textural natural stone, warm timber, off-white hues and a champagne carpet.
